Virksomheden startede i 1982 med bogføringsservice for mindre virksomheder samt udvikling af mindre edb-hjælpeprogrammer.

I de efterfølgende år blev softwareprodukter mere dominerende og i 1995 indgik firmaet importaftale med PowerBASIC, Inc i Californien. I tiden frem til år 2000 blev bogføringsservicen reduceret løbende for til sidst helt at ophøre. Samtidig expanderede softwaresalget med softwarelicenser både til OS/2 og Windows og med etablering af bankforbindelser i flere lande går en væsentlig del til eksport.

The company was established in 1982 based on accounting service for small business and development of small software utilityes.

In the following years the software products became the dominated activity and in 1995 we start import of product from PowerBASIC, Inc. in California. from that time the accounting service became a smaller part of the activity and was finally ended in 2000. In this years the company was expanding with selling software licenses for both OS/2 and Windows. In the last few years we have opened bank account in several countries and a significant part of the sales is as export..
